I have recently started sending out surveys to past brides and clients looking for some feedback on everything that I do: from the set up to the performance, the equipment to our service, I really want to know which things are well received and which things need improvement! The only thing is... I forgot that I had sent them out and I didn't set up my poll to email me when someone had completed a survey!!! Duh!! :)
So imagine my surprise when I already had lots of responses (with testimonials as well I might add) sitting there in an inbox somewhere waiting for dippy old me to collect them! (I have now set up the system to email me!)
My next surprise after all this hoo-ha was the content of the responses themselves! I was a little nervous at first, I must be honest: we entertainer types don't take criticism very well, darling! :P But, that said, I had to remember the reason that I’d sent them out in the first place and that was to get an honest assessment of the service that we provide. So here goes...
· 40% of my brides believe that local wedding fayres are 'Super Dooper Useful!' and a surprising 40% think that National Wedding Shows (NEC & Earls Court) are 'Not Useful At All!'
· Cosmopolitan Bride and You and Your Wedding are the most popular wedding reads.
· 89% of brides were influenced by the ‘Quality of Work’ and 70% were swayed by the ‘Music’ styles that I perform!
· 60% believe that Live Wedding Fayre Performances influenced their decision to book my services.
· 40% of brides had a set budget for entertainment… ‘until Adam came along!’
· 70% of brides believe that the overall performance was ‘Beyond Expectations’ (the remaining 30% labelled it “spot on”.)
· And, looking back at their wedding day, 50% of brides rated ‘Transport’ and ‘Wedding Planner’ as ‘Not Important At All’ Oh Dear!
I will also be adding all the testimonials taken from this survey to my blog page at www.adamTHOMASonline.co.uk.

Thank you to all my wonderful couples for your time and, more importantly, for letting me be a part of your special day.
Any questions and/or feedback is much apprciated!
